For your pet to be approved to live in the property, the following documentation is required for each pet:
• Copy of their current vaccination records which includes a current Rabies vaccine
• Copy of current flea prevention
• Color photo of the pet
• If an ESA, a letter from your provider must be submitted with your application
When filling out the pet information on the application – for each pet, please make sure to include the name, breed, weight, and age.
